Bhavana with Dileep in Twenty Twenty
Malayalam cinema is at its peak after the new generation talented youngsters are in the field with brainstorming ideas which made the Malayalam film industry proud of and the results are excellent by getting the best movie experience. Main pillars of Malayalam cinema among actors are Mammootty and Mohanlal who are ruling the movie industry more than 30 years.
Mammootty and Mohanlal came to the Malayalam cinema after the death of action hero Jayan who died in accident during the shooting of movie Kolilakkam. Mammootty through the film Mela, Yavanika and Vilaknundu Swapnangal and Mohanlal through Minjil Virinja Pookal directed by Fazil along other actor Shankar and Malayalam actress Poornima Jayaram.
Mammootty and Mohanlal are the winners of national awards three times and still going strong each year with the passion of acting. Although the recent release of Mohanlal did not do well in box office which titled as Geethanjali directed by Priyadarshan. Mohanlal appeared in the movie as Dr Sunny who was the hero of Malayalam films all time hit movie Manichithrathazhu. Because of the lacking of a perfect script the picture not performed well in theaters.
Mammootty always ready to take challenges and he is getting the results. His recent movies were good and his acting skills were superb except one movie Kadal Kadannoru Mathukutty directed by Ranjith. His other movies all were well appreciated including the latest movie Kunjananthante Kada directed by Salim Ahmed. Malayalam actress Nyla Usha is the female lead in the movie.
We have some beautiful young talented Malayalam actresses also in the industry performing well and winning various awards in the south Indian film world. Malayalam hot actress Kavya Madhavan, Bhavana, Manju Warrior, Sanusha and Nazriya Nazim are the few among them. The latest movie Thira directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan had very talented award winning actress Shobana after a break. Tamil actress Shobana received national award for her performance in Manichithrathazhu as Nagavalli.
